Council’s Grants Sub-Committee approved four new grants, and made small increases to two existing grants during their July 2nd meeting.
The grants wills some of the last CPP grants, with Council planning to replace the program with a new “City Enrichment Fund” to streamline the City’s entire granting programs.
The new program grants are:
(a) Wesley Urban Ministries Inc. – Beasley Teen Drop In: $3,000
(b) Leander Boat Club: $2,500
(c) Reach Forth Sports Ministry- Reach Forth Gym Nights: $2,000
(d) Hamilton Regional Indian Centre: $1,500
