The City needs to find another $60,000 for the PanAm Stadium contract to pay for an extension of the “project management advisory services” consultant, bring the total bill for this consultant to $362,000.
The consultant, MHPM Project Managers Inc, was hired in Fall 2012 as City staff say their “expertise is very limited in this regard” to manage the project.
The extension is needed because of the delay completing the stadium.
