Planning Committee will consider granting an 11-storey building for the City Square development on the ground of the old Thistle Club in the heart of Durand, changes to the Animal By-Law to allow Ray’s Zoo (and similar establishments) to operate in the City, three developments in Ancaster, and allowing food trucks on school and church properties for fundraisers.
