The City’s Development Charges Review Committee meets at 9:30 a.m. in Council Chambers to review staff recommendations to increase some Development Charges to decrease the taxpayer subsidy for new greenfield developments.
Staff were directed by the Committee during it’s meeting two weeks ago to review some aspects of the proposed changes and report back to Committee.
This could be the final DCR meeting before recommendations are made to Council.
The meeting is being held in City Council Chambers at 9:30am. Due to the Property Standards meeting at the same time, I won’t be covering this meeting.
