City Council is holding a special Council meeting at 1:00 p.m. Monday to formally declare December’s ice storm as a disaster. The declaration is required in order to request provincial financial assistance to help with the cost of storm clean-up.
Following this, Council will enter into their regular monthly Board of Health meeting.
Of note on the Board of Health agenda, updates on the Healthy Birth Weights project, and Public Health’s emergency management plan.
