The property at 25 Howard Blvd in Flamborough will be severed into two property if Councillors agree with the staff recommendation to approve a zoning change to allow the construction of another single family home.
The severance was already approved at Committee of Adjustment and upheld on appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board.
The zoning was to reflect the intent of the severance, but was not complete prior to the July 25, 2014 deadline and approval is lapsed.

The letter of support states the nearby resident is looking forward to two new higher quality homes, and the City receiving increased tax revenue.
