Emergency and Community Services Committee for May 12, 2014

Council’s EC&S committee meets today and will start off with a delegation by Matt Jelly on the City’s Zero Tolerance for Violence Policy.

Jelly requested his delegation soon after the incident in which Councillor Ferguson used physical force against a resident – myself – in City Hall.

After the delegation, Councillors will consider actions to address the crisis facing single homeless women, housing and human rights, fee waivers, and veteran’s parking.

Live video begins at 1:30pm
