Demolition Permit for Hamilton’s Board of Education building

The City of Hamilton released a copy of the building permit allowing demolition of the iconic downtown Education Centre that will be replaced by a McMaster University medical education building.

The City declined to release the demolition plans as submitted to receive the permit. The City states it requires a FIPPA request to release those documents. I’m unable to file a request, but will assist anyone who wishes to do so.
